The Devil Wears Prada sequel finally arrived after 20 years, and Korea got it first worldwide — April 29, two days ahead of the US.
Turns out a lot of it was really shot in New York, Milan, and Lake Como. Runway's HQ lobby is Manhattan's McGraw-Hill Building; the gala scene was filmed outside the American Museum of Natural History.

But the Milan Duomo and the Last Supper museum were only considered — confirmed to have been replaced by a studio set instead. So you can't actually see that scene's location in Milan.
Villa Balbiano on Lake Como, though, is real. It plays Benji Barnes's villa in the film, and Lady Gaga was reportedly spotted filming there in October 2025.
I looked up the ending too (spoilers). Chairman Irv dies suddenly at his own birthday party — the director confirmed in an interview it was a deliberate move.

His son takes over and tries to sell off Runway, so Andy recruits Emily and her fiancé for a buyout — except it turns out Emily secretly wants to push Miranda out.
In the end, Miranda and Andy reach out to Benji's ex, Sasha, to save the magazine.
The most memorable scene is the Milan gala, where Miranda hands her keynote to Nigel — and admits, in that moment, that he wrote it himself all along. Twenty years of overdue credit, finally paid.
