The Story
Conan's 29th theatrical film opened in Korea on August 12 and is still running.
The setting is Kanagawa — Yokohama and Hakone. The Hakone Turnpike (Okanzan) turns out to be the real drive confirmed as the chase sequence's backdrop.

I looked up the full ending too (spoilers ahead). The black motorcycle 'Lucifer' turns out to be a hacked, modified version of 'Angel,' the next-gen AI police bike the force was developing.
The actual rider is Asagi Ichika, a former traffic officer publicly blamed for an old pursuit accident and pulled from duty — secretly hired by Angel's developer to stage illegal data-collection 'accidents.'
The real mastermind is Oomae, secretly harvesting autonomous-driving data to sell as military weapons tech, and murdering a colleague who caught on.

Twist: the dead colleague's older sister was running her own revenge plot the whole time, luring Oomae onto the Yokohama Bay Bridge for a helicopter sniper hit.
It all comes together in the climax — Conan's switcheroo trick gets Oomae to confess directly, while the group simultaneously stops the sniper.
The title 'Fallen Angel' has a double meaning — Lucifer, the corrupted twin of the police bike Angel, and Asagi, a former officer who fell into crime out of grief. All set against Chihaya, who suffers the same kind of loss but never falls.

Yokohama's signature night-view landmark, seen in the film's teaser trailer. Two former customs warehouses built 1911-1913, now a restored red-brick complex — used as backdrop imagery for the black motorcycle 'Lucifer' racing through the city. At night the illuminated brick facades line up almost exactly with the theatrical poster's mood.

A real toll drive overlooking Hakone and Lake Ashi — and the actual road that inspires the film's central motorcycle chase. Fuji is visible from the summit observatory, matching the skyline seen in the chase sequence almost exactly.

In the story it's tied to the tensest stretch of the climax, where mastermind-turned-target Oomae Kazuaki is lured onto the Yokohama Bay Bridge for an attempted sniper assassination.

Where the film's final twist plays out. Ryuuri Kiriko — revealed to be the older sister of the late Sasaki Naoyuki — positions a helicopter sniper here in a revenge attempt on mastermind Oomae Kazuaki. The real spot where former pro racer Aoki Yuichiro — entangled with an illegal underground racing ring — is found drowned. It's later revealed that Asagi (as Lucifer), acting on Oomae's orders, killed him and staged it as an accident. A real artificial lake in Yamakita, Kanagawa — in sharp contrast to the story's dark weight, it's actually a peaceful camping and fishing spot today.
